Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Hey, how are you?

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Hello Nasir, can you hear me?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Yes, I can hear you.

Great.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

I'm good, how are you?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

I'm great, I'm great.

I also asked our CEO to join, I think he'll join for like half an hour or something, but anyway.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Okay, that's fine.

A half an hour should be enough.

Do you think he will join in 30 minutes?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

No, I think he's filling up his water bottle.

We can start, it's fine.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yes, Pauline told me you might be interested in one of our products, which is good.

What I'd like to do to start is for you to give me a bit of context about the company.

What exactly do you do, and above all the pain points you've identified and where you think you can do better.

That's what we're looking for.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

So yeah, we are a nutrition tech company.

So we develop formulations to improve the current nutrients to work better.

So we are a B2B company.

So the idea is to sell those ingredients to big players who then can add those ingredients in their food and beverage and other products or as a supplement.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

What are the processes like?

For example, how do you find the clients to whom you sell the ingredients from?

Hello, nice to meet you.

Can you hear me?

Hey guys, I cannot hear neither of you actually.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Hey, you're in the same room.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yes, yes, you can call me Phil, everybody calls me.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Phil, how's it going?

Yeah, I'm Ferdia, the CEO here at Playabit.

Nice to meet you.

Sorry, Zalvia.

Sorry, we've rebranded, so new name.

Yeah, lovely to meet you too.

How's it going?

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

It's going pretty great.

I was talking with Nassir about the context, if you can give me a little bit of context.

He told me you're a B2B company that sells ingredients to businesses.

My next question was what are the processes like?

I'm looking for bottlenecks, points where you can improve, because that's what we're trying to do.

So, for example, how do you find your clients currently?

How do you find the businesses to whom you sell the products from?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Sure.

Could you...

I didn't get much context off for this.

Could you maybe give us an idea of what you guys do and then.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

We can maybe...

Yes, sure.

I can do this.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

It's very unrelevant to answer.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yeah, sure.

Okay, so what we do is an AI agent for businesses.

The AI agent is inside a private server, so that's our main concern.

So what you can see on the screen is mine, on which I work every day.

So basically, it's a very simple user interface, but a quite complex product.

So on the left, you have a basic interface for chatbots, so you can write text right here and it will answer.

And on the right, you have the workspace, so you can work directly with the AI right here.

The specificity of this thing is that it can integrate with basically anything you, like any tool that exists, because it can connect to any API.

It's like a developer that lives inside the VPS.

So we can, for example, create apps, like I think I sent Nasir an example, because he was asking what can we do that Notion cannot do.

And so for example, our clients, they start by identifying where is the main point where they can improve.

And mostly, for example, it's a new CRM or something like this.

And they can build it themselves in a couple of fronts, for example.

And we do also have this tech that allows us to make automation available to the CEOs themselves.

So this product is dedicated like the ICP is CEOs of businesses.

For example, if I give it, at the end of the call, you will have all the documentation and all the transcription of this call available so you can re-read it.

And this is fully automatic.

For example, my tool that I use that is Firefly is right here, is integrated within the AI.

And so it will create a website just for you, host it on the internet, put all the documentation, all the transcription and send it to you via my email address without me having to do anything.

Because I do this regularly, I do this for every call.

And the objective of this thing is to automate pretty much any process and have the agent by the side of the CEO when the company evolves.

The needs of the company will evolve and the AI has all the context from the previous years.

So for me, for example, when I work, I have clients and I have folders in my CRM.

I have my emails and stuff.

So for example, if I tell him, OK, let's go back to this client that I had a meeting with like six years ago.

I remember I had something I could reuse in a more recent project.

He will go and find it, use the asset, and then to begin to work on the new project because it has all the context, right?

Does that make more sense?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Enough to assist, yeah.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Enough to what?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Enough to give context, yeah.

Obviously, I'm curious to learn more use cases and whatnot.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yeah, sure.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

We can get to that.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

So basically, what I try to do in discovery calls is to identify what the CEO of the company or the executive feels is slowing them down, that is, what the bottleneck is.

So we can demonstrate how we can work on that quite efficiently and, in a few days, solve that problem.

If you can give me a few elements about this, that could be great to keep going.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Maybe one example is just lead generation.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yes.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

I guess trying to identify, validate, organize the contact, the follow-up, etc.

With potential clients, it's very expensive.

Trying to know whether they're the best clients at the right moment, finding their contact details, and, as I said, calling directly, in whatever way we can.

Yeah, that's a whole heap of work in itself.

We do use a few tools to assist us with that at the moment.

And yeah, that's only going to get harder and harder as we get bigger and bigger and more complex.

So I guess that's one headache that our CEO, Nick, is probably fighting with every day.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Okay, so that's very interesting because I'm pretty involved into the lead generation for my own company, so I can talk about this.

So how we work?

On this, but it's an example of a process.

I want you to be able to understand what we can do with this.

First, what I did to generate leads for this product is brainstorming.

We give a lot of context to the AI so it can think, and then we build the process together.

As I mentioned, it's like a developer on a private server, so we can do just about anything.

So, the way we work with this, our process, we go and scrap the entire LinkedIn environment and we look for people that are liking or commenting or interacting with posts that are relevant to our niche, which is business automation basically.

With this, we have a bunch of people that already have the intention that we're looking for.

Then we have this list of people and we cross it with our ICP, which is CEOs, people that are managing businesses.

And maybe we can be a bit more specific when we do our campaigns.

So for example, this age, this region of the world, this sector, etc.

So then we have a list of people at the end of these two steps that is both in our ICP, like the personnel we're looking for, and have the right intention.

So they're already pre-qualified.

Then this is all automatically done just from prompting in the tool.

And then, once we have this list of people, at that point, it's a list of people who are on LinkedIn.

So, we turn them into phone numbers and we call, because the call is the best way to get a client.

It has a high conversion rate.

So, we do that.

So, the entire process was built, thought out and built inside the tool without any help from anyone else.

And we, yes, in my experience, I've worked a lot with our clients on lead generation, because this tool is very useful, because it contains a lot of different tools.

I'd like to show you something.

Sorry, it's in French, because I just have it on hand.

A good way to visualize the value of our product is this.

This is the CEO or the executive.

This is the AIOS, our product that I showed you.

And these are all the tools that exist.

Gmail is one example, Drive, CRM, Notion, Slack, whatever you use.

I know you use Notion.

But also, new tools for which you just have to add an API key so the AIOS can handle the rest.

For me, at the end of the day, I'm the associate in a small business, so I do many different things.

I do lead generation, I do sales calls, etc.

My interface with all of my operational environment is the AIOS.

I never leave it because it's easy.

It's just prompting and talking.

We have a vocal mode too.

I have it on my phone too, so it's really easy to work with this.

When I tell you I work in lead generation for my clients, we also have, we provide, sorry, it's usually in French, so sometimes I don't have the words in English, but we provide counseling hours basically in the beginning.

So how we work, if the client is interested at the end of the discovery call, which is now, then we give an AIOS for free, like no credit card or nothing for a week.

At the beginning of the week, we take an hour and we work together on a specific problem.

So you started to talk about lead generation or client acquisition, let's say.

So we work together on this for an hour.

So at the end, usually we already have a process that we can test for the week.

And then we leave you with the AIOS for a week.

You can do whatever you'd like to do with this.

And at the end of the week, if you want to subscribe, it's 400 euros per month or 800 euros per month with the consulting sessions.

That's how we work.

There's a free trial, without a credit card, of 7 days.

It's enough to convince people.

We have 0...

Non-convergent free trial, so that's a pretty high statistic.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Okay, and it sure is.

I think like most people around the world or the space we're operating in, use Cloud and all its capabilities pretty regularly.

I mean, Asir, probably not as much as myself and Nick, the CEO.

So how does AIOS differ to that?

How does it...

How do they integrate with it?

How do they complement each other?

Yeah, curious, because we also have Notion, which is really our database, and I guess is the documentation layer across the business, whereas Cloud is almost our deep work.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yeah, so basically, Cloud is powering the iOS, so it's the LLM behind it.

So we need a Cloud account to make it run.

It's based on the subscription, which is interesting, because it's not on the API.

So however you use it, you will never pay more than your subscription from Cloud and your subscription from us.

So if you use it every day, it's the same.

It's the same limit rates too.

So this product is an instance of Cloud Code inside a private server that we provide.

So you can work in it.

This is the workspace that you can do.

Every platform you see, I think Nastia sent you a little demonstration of something I wanted to show you when you told us about the difference with Notion.

We also offer a space on the internet where you can host platforms.

As I mentioned, clients start by building the software they've always dreamed of having.

For example, we ourselves built our own CRM with this.

So, what you can see on the screen is entirely, from A to Z, I never, me and my team, I mean, we never left the AIOS to build this thing.

So, this is where we, you know, it's the Kanban base, and the entire CRM is here.

And so, generally, people go in and build their own perfect tools, just as they envisioned them.

Half a day or something to build something useful.

So, that's a major difference.

Also, you have the possibility to work, this word is in French, it means shared folder, right?

So, for example, me, once again, this is my personal AIOS, let's say.

I can work with every people that I know of that has another AIOS inside the shared folders.

So, this is really where we can I start to build values because the entire team can work on the same folder, on the same VPS.

So, for common projects, it's quite useful.

But yes, it requires Cloud, so the entire power, let's say, of Cloud is inside this and we push the boundaries further in this.

And for Notion, I heard you talk about Notion 2.

Basically, we integrate with existing tools, right?

So, it's the graph that I showed you before.

So, here you have Notion, for example.

It can be the base, if it's your database, for example, you can start by saying to the AIOS, this is our environment, this is our Notion, this type of data is here, this is our slide, this is our email address and whatever.

And then you tell him, okay, this doesn't work, we need to work on lead generation, we need to work on a dedicated interface because Notion is falling short, etc.

And then, you drop the topics one by one, and the AOS will build the systems that are adapted to your exact needs.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Ok, so maybe, I'll give you another example.

The last thing we need is another agent subscription, to be honest, but I'm still playing out these scenarios in my head.

We have our daily management meeting, the three of us get together.

We use Notion AI Meeting Notes, which summarizes the notes, which turns them into actions, etc.

I think that's all well and good.

And then, one step further, I'm sure you can do Notion, but what we haven't done yet is that you assign these tasks to people, that you put them in a Kanban, and then you get updates.

From Notion telling you that your task is due on this date, etc., etc.

Yes.

Classic project management.

And that definitely works in the Sears world because he's managing three people in the lab as well.

Is that an example where this could come in handy?

It would take the notes, it would delegate, it would chase up, it would assist?

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

100%.

It's what I actually use.

For example, I showed you the...

At the end of this call, you will receive automatically some documentation on the website that will be created for you automatically.

And the CRM that I showed you, which is right here, we have a pipeline.

And every time I go in a call with a client and something happens, it switches the right button, the right status and stuff, depending on my rules.

And what is cool is It's supposed to be evolving with your needs.

So basically, if you feel like you have the perfect tool one day, but next month, couple of months in the future, you feel like, OK, now we have a new status or, OK, I feel like after this period of time, this should happen, this specific action, you just tell it.

You just tell it.

OK, so now the clients that we have no news from, after two weeks, you send them an automatic email and you change the status and you link this lead with this sales rep who will handle the lead, etc.

You can imagine any process you want.

It can automate lead following, for example, among other things.

So usually for us, you have a third example.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

No, no, no, I don't.

If we were playing at the scenario that we get this, it's not right or wrong, I'm just playing at this scenario.

We have Notion, we have Claude, we have Gmail, we have Slack.

We have an ELN notebook for the R&D team.

Where does it sit in between them?

Does it replace them or do we need that on top?

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

It can actually replace it.

I've actually had a couple of clients last week and the week before that told me that they saved a bunch of money because they get rid of the subscriptions a lot of different softwares.

But for us, it's not a matter of replacement, it's a matter of assisting the handling of many different softwares.

So this graph pretty much sums it up.

So you have the AIOS that is able to run the machinery like day by day operations that take place in Notion, in Slack, in your email addresses, in whatever tools you use.

For example, me, I have it on my phone also, so when a client sends me an email, I receive it and I just take my phone and send a vocal message like Jarvis style, you know, in Ironman, and I tell him like, okay, go get the client folder, in the CRM, also the history of our conversation on Gmail.

And then you send this notification to this guy on Slack because he needs to do this and that, and then update his status on the CRM and also start working on the project so when I go back home, it's started, right?

Then I send.

I do my quick walk in the forest to take a fresh air.

Then I sit at my desk and everything is done and the operational work is already started.

So I just open my computer and it's done.

So this is the value.

It's not a matter of replacing the tools, it's a matter of handling the million different tools that you have in just one simple interface that is just voice-based and text-based.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

I've never downloaded it.

Is it somewhere along the lines of OpenClaw?

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yes, the project started when we were disappointed by OpenClaw.

We thought it was a beautiful promise.

For us, the ultimate promise of AI is to manage my business.

We started to work on this when OpenClaw didn't fulfill our needs.

It's pretty much the promise, but not the same product.

Technically, it's way better.

Also, it's thought of for businesses.

That's why it's on the private server.

We say RGPD in French.

Regulation-wise, it's pretty clean too.

I'll send you the docs after the call anyway.

So basically, the next steps are usually a free trial, so we can start this.

I guess your CEO is the decision-maker, right?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Well, look, I think the three of us, if we see the necessary IPSQ.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Values,.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

We have equal say in that regard.

I guess I can't answer the question here now.

I have to think about it more.

If there's any studies you can share that we could take a look at, that would be very helpful.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yeah, you'll receive this in like 15 minutes when it's automatically done.

So I just have the email of Naciardo, so I'll let you share or you can give me the email now as you wish.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Yes, I can send you the email after the call, Fred.

I was wondering, this is an enterprise case, but what is the use case for this in R&D?

You see, for example, right now, we use ELN, it's called SciShare.

And then, I use Claude very often to do experiment design or, for example, I have a few patents, I asked to summarize them.

Or sometimes it writes me some reports, scientific reports when I'm lazy.

But what I think we could get benefit from is the scientific papers and like there are so many journals and there are so many papers right now and we're not affiliated with any academic institute.

So, getting the subscription to all the journals is very difficult.

And then, we may want to write a paper.

But, anyway, can the AI be useful to get behind the paywall or something?

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

So, actually, here, you're entering into the...

This AI can do anything that a developer can do, but let's say better and faster.

So it can build, for example, scrapping algorithms, very sophisticated ones.

So you can do anything.

It's a legal issue in the end.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

No, I forgot the Wallpark partner, but in general, for example, from an R&D standpoint, I understand it's mainly the automation of the process.

For example, I think I can connect this IOS with ELN, maybe, and it can populate the experiment part.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

So, ELM, right?

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

ELM is a lab notebook.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Yes.

So, what we usually recommend is we can integrate very easily on anything that has either API access or SSH access.

But as I mentioned, we can imagine any solution that a developer could produce on a server.

If it's a website and there is no API, and there is nothing basically, so just a human can go with its finger, you can actually automate this by using Chromium or something like this, which allows the AIOS to crawl and, let's say, wander on the Internet.

It can go on a page, take a screenshot, not for you to see but for itself, and then fill the fields, like the text fields, and then navigate the websites, and then go and get the information that you need, all of this automatically, and retrieve it and put it inside your workspace.

Let's say it will build you a new folder on your workspace, so you have everything you need to work on right here, and then you can review it every day.

I don't know what's your exact It can do a surveillance, for example, every day automatically, like wake up, go get every single scientific paper on every single website that you asked for, get it into a folder on your workspace just for you to review it.

This is totally doable.

Either with API, which will be, of course, easier and faster.

But if there is no API, it can also navigate the web.

So yeah, you can do a lot of things.

That's why, actually, in the beginning of this journey, let's say, with this product, we had installation fee, which was 5K to begin.

But we felt like the people started to get the value once they used it.

So we decided to get rid of the fee.

And just give the AIOS for free for 7 days to those who want it.

As I mentioned, we haven't...

Nobody has ever told us that we didn't want this.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Is it 400 euros per account?

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

This technology is, it's an individual account, it's made for a single person.

If you use it for two or three people, we won't make a fuss about it, it's perfect.

It's just that you know there's a workspace, so there's a way to arrange your work files, it's like a personal computer.

But when we equip a company, sometimes we give 20 AOS to a whole team in the company.

Then we make special offers, which is usually a 30% decrease on each seat.

So it's proportional.

But usually we start with like the main decision maker has a free AOS for seven days just so we can begin to use it, get a grasp at what it can do.

And then we make a final meeting where we decide, like, OK, what do you need?

Do you need more AIOSs, like more seats?

Or do you need more consulting hours?

And then we make a tailored packaging, like a tailored offer for the entire company.

So yes, it's supposed to be for one seat.

We have a couple of clients that use it, two or three people on one AIOS, which is manageable.

But yeah, it's not supposed to be used by a team.

I would like to highlight something because sometimes there is confusion on this.

For example, if I use the iOS to build a CRM or any landing page, anything else, or like a tool, let's say I'm the client, I get the iOS, I tell him, OK, do our core software and give an access to every member of my team.

I need 30 accounts.

Let's say I have a team of 30 workers.

Then this entity that I created, which is a software hosted on the VPS, is totally independent from the AIOS.

This one can be used, for example, my CRM is in this case.

This software, I can give it to anyone.

If my team goes to 100 people, I hope so one day, then I can give access to it and it's unrelated to the AIOS, which is great because we have a lot of our clients, since we target businesses, they try to be not too dependent on one or two software, especially cloud or chat GPT or whatever.

And with our tool, once something is built, whether it's an app, whether it's a landing page, whether it's an automated process, it's built, you know, it's regular Python code, like it's done.

So if the iOS closes, like if our company closes, if cloud disappears, if whatever, you still have the assets that you built.

And these assets, to answer the question, they can be used by any member of the team, really.

It's just that the iOS itself, so with the interface, it is more thought of as a one-person software.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Okay, okay.

I'll then send you Fred's email address and you can send him the link and the necessary documents.

We'll discuss and we'll take it from there.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Ok, send me the email address.

As I mentioned, the next step, if you'd like to move forward, is just a free trial. I'll send you the documentation as soon as I receive the email address.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Thank you very much.

Philémon Gavoty (Azuro AI)

Thank you very much.

Have a nice day.

Nasir & Ferdia (Zolvia)

Bye bye.
